Ryan Kent (born 11 November 1996) is an English footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for the Liverpool Academy and U21s.

Liverpool career

Kent joined Liverpool in the mid-2000s as an U9s player. A highly-rated youngster described as a versatile midfielder, Kent tends to play in an advanced position just behind the striker or out on the flanks. After progressing through the ranks, Kent made eight appearances for the U18s during their 2012-13 season and was also involved in a NextGen Series tie.

He began to make his breakthrough into the U21s towards the end of the season, making two appearances for the side.
