Daniel "Dani" Pacheco Lobato (born 5 January 1991) is a Spanish forward currently playing for Liverpool.

Liverpool career

Regarded as one of the hottest prospects in Spanish football at the time, Pacheco was signed from Barcelona in the summer of 2007 for a fee of £5,000,000. After his initial spell in the Liverpool academy and reserves teams, Pacheco broke through into the first team in the 2009-10 season, making his debut on 9 December 2009 against Fiorentina in the Champions League. His league debut arrived shortly after against Wolves on 26 December 2009. After being used primarily in the Europa League for the 2010-11 season, Pacheco signed a new contract, which will keep him at Liverpool until 30 June 2014.
